Review of Current and Future Data Management Models
In December 2016, the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) published a review of current and future data management models.
The document intends to enrich discussions on the organisation of data management in retail energy markets, as raised by the European Commission in the Clean Energy for All Europeans package. The document reviews the status of eight countries, including Norway, concerning guiding principles and recommendations outlined in the CEER Advice on Customer Data Management for Better Retail Market Functioning.
