CEER 6th Benchmarking Report on the Quality of Electricity and Gas Supply

CEER (Council of European Energy Regulators) has published its 6th Benchmarking Report on the Quality of Electricity and Gas Supply in Europe.

The report describes how the quality of supply of electricity and gas is regulated in Europe. Power outage statistics, voltage quality monitoring and commercial quality of supply are all part of the report.

Continuity of supply in Norway is equivalent to the European average. The average annual downtime in Norway, Sweden and Finland is at the same level of around 2 hours. Outages vary from year to year. However, statistics show that years with long downtime in Norway are also typically so in Sweden and Finland.

New in the 6th edition is that the supply of distributed gas in Europe is presented.
