NVE would along with the Danish Utility Regulator (DUR), the Finnish Energy Authority (EV) and the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate (EI) like to invite you to join us for a seminar on the implementation of REMIT (Regulation 1227/2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency) and news and developments in relation hereto.

We are happy to be able to present a programme with a range of proficient speakers representing ACER, energy exchanges, market participants and national regulatory authorities for presentations and a panel debate.

We will cover topics such as policy developments, market surveillance, data quality, new trading patterns and the interplay between changes in market design, integrity and transparency.  Participants will get the opportunity to ask questions.

REMIT er ikke trådt i kraft i Norge enda, men NVE er ansvarlig for å følge opp bestemmelser i energilovforskriften som gir forbud mot markedsmanipulasjon og innsidehandel, samt krav til offentliggjøring av innsideinformasjon. Forskriftsbestemmelsene innebærer en delvis tilpasning til REMIT. Seminaret er åpent også for norske markedsaktører.
