Registration and abstract submission

To register and submit your abstract, please send an e-mail to Heidi Helena Pikkarainen (hhpi@nve.no)

Please provide the following information in your e-mail:

                  - Name and institute (affiliation)

                  - Preference of your presentation: oral/poster/none

                  - Title of your presentation

                  - Abstract as attachment (Word document or pdf)

The length of abstract is limited to 400 words. Please do not include illustrations or references in the abstract.

Deadline for registration and abstract submission is the 5^th October 2011

There will be a registration fee of 200 NOK for attending the meeting (covering refreshments, lunches, Ice breaker and book of abstract). NVE will host an Ice breaker Thursday (incl. pizza). On Friday evening there will be arranged a dinner with a cost of 200 NOK per person. The dinner is optional and registration can be made by email to Heidi Helena Pikkarainen (hhpi@nve.no).

Cash payment for registration and the optional dinner should be made at the registration desk on Thursday.
