Most of NVE’s activities connected to development assistance are part of institutional cooperation with partner institutions in a developing country.
The institutional cooperation is always based on signed contracts, clearly defining objectives, scope and mode of work, time schedule, reporting, total budget and obligations of the two or more parties.
In the development cooperation sphere, NVE aims to act as a catalyst when involving resources and know-how from the private sector in achieving and complying with Norway’s development cooperation policies.
